"Chris & Cosey" was a British musical group formed in 1981 as a musical project by Chris Carter and Cosey Fanni Tutti. "Chris & Cosey" was also known by the names "Carter Tutti", "CTI" and "Conspiracy International". Chris Carter and Cosey Fanni Tutti came from previous experience with the group "Throbbing Gristle" which broke up in 1981, when members Carter and Tutti signed with Rough Trade Records and started recording as "Chris & Cosey". They recorded four albums for that label, purely electronic music with various samples and the voice of Cosey. In 1983, they formed their own independent record label "Creative Technology Institute" (aka CTI) to publish more experimental works and collaborations. Used by Daniele Baldelli as the opening track in the set of Cosmic C.83 (1983).
